Simple jig to route the curved truss slot.
Perimeter shaped on router table. Truss rod slots routed, rods installed and filler strips ready to glue. Necks are resting on the simple jig used to cut the fret slots. You can see the truss not holes have to be planned and drilled property now (with matching boards) to get the result we need later.
Boards glues on and clay dots installed.
